Cons
A lot.
No clear policies.
No employee handbook.
Supervisors can randomly decide when they have a problem with you.
They ABUSE at-will employment and give differing metric expectations to specific individuals.
For a tech company, their systems are horrendous and outsourced because they’re too cheap to pay for coders, just how they are too cheap to pay for field contractors which led to daily issues on the job with customers.
Did I mention they are cheap?
Horrible insurance benefits
NO PTO, NO EXCUSED LEAVE. They only will excuse you for VTO, and if you take it too much they will call you on your off days and harass you!
