Pros
Compensation was decent, and a few of my colleagues were fantastic to work with. Those who are "progressive" or on the left or whatever, and are obedient enough but not necessarily talented, will last. I mean "succeed." Free Paramount+ subscription that's still active after getting let go 2 years ago, not that there's anything I want to watch on it.
Cons
- Dinosaur management that will consistently stifle creativity - Favoritism is given to those who keep quiet and do what they're told - Very conformist "culture", which means you better be a joiner for initiatives you don't like or don't agree with - Independent thinking not encouraged - "Diversity and inclusion" is really only for those politically or ideologically aligned with management - Dying company that's floundering more than others in its industry, and headed by a C-suite that doesn't care about anything but their fat executive pay, bonuses and compensation
