- Everyone was really friendly, creative, and insightful - There's so much legacy you step into and such cool things that you get to participate in - Lots of opportunities to get involved
Cons
- Layoffs every year (hopefully this stops soon but likely not) - Depending on your team, little to no movement (promotions take years or simply aren't available) - Salary was a bit low
