Great job / Lowest Pay in the Aerospace Industry - Mechanical Engineer Parametric Solutions Employee Review

The pay is by far the lowest in this industry. It is low at every entry-mid-senior level of engineering compared to most companies around the US. Hope this gets better in time given the Florida office location is one of the most expensive locations in the US.
