Pros
It’s a great space to evolve both professionally and personally. There’s always something new happening; different kinds of projects across teams that really broaden your perspective. The design standards are remarkably high compared to most places I’ve seen, and the overall quality of work is truly inspiring. The culture is positive and encouraging. The team is supportive and collaborative, and you get to learn a lot just by interacting with everyone around you. Expectations are quite high, but mostly in a good way, every discussion or review pushes you to go a little further and outperform yourself.
Cons
At times, the workload can feel heavy, especially when multiple priorities overlap. But again, it also comes with the kind of learning that’s hard to find elsewhere.
