      As a sales associate you learn a lot about products through vendors and clinics and there are store sports teams and a great sense of community.

      I can't think of any cons.

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
