Pros
The individual contributors are all a great set of people trying to achieve a common end goal. You will find good people within the teams.
Cons
-Lack of planning and foresight into business sustainment or growth. Business development does not exist; chasing proposals without cohesive vision does. -Grew too fast without a plan on how to adapt process or procedures to the changing landscape -Questionable financial decisions have led to multiple layoffs with little change in operations to show lessons learned from the decisions made to put Paragon in the financial spot they are in -Continually underbid work and then blame gets placed on executing team for being overrun -Lack of accountability starting from the top of the organization all of the way through -Whole organization is completely disconnected which causes a lot of internal tension -Overall lack of training and tools to efficiently execute on programs
