In my experience, leadership frequently engaged in behavior that created an atmosphere of fear and distress, resulting in multiple employees becoming visibly upset at work. I observed repeated instances where management’s actions disproportionately affected certain employees, contributing to a sense of bias and unfair treatment. After purchasing a home close to the office to better support my role, my position was eliminated with little notice, creating severe financial and emotional hardship. The experience was so harmful that I continue to receive therapy due to the ongoing impact.
