Pros

The possibility to work remotely. A very generous number of vacation days, 30+ days for employees based in Romania. A substantial training budget that really supports professional development. A high level of transparency across the organization. A very pleasant working atmosphere, even though most projects are outsourcing-based.

Cons

Since most projects are outsourcing-based, your overall experience can depend on the project or client you're assigned to.

Pros

It's a great company with strong clients and a genuine drive to create a true "coder's heaven." While that’s an ambitious goal, based on my experience in the tech industry, this is the closest I’ve seen to achieving it. Props to the CEO—approachable, humble, and relatable. Traits that more leaders should strive for. The company hosts events every winter and summer, open to everyone. The two offices—in Munich and Bucharest—differ in design and architecture, but both offer a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. And as the cherry on top, employees enjoy a range of benefits, including gym memberships (or partial reimbursement), a dedicated learning budget, and more.

Cons

One potential downside is that, being a relatively small company, there's some uncertainty about how it would weather serious challenges. That said, in my experience, no one is truly irreplaceable—what matters most is doing your best and staying committed.
