Pros
The big pro is you can work 4 10 hour days and have Fridays off, and the field employees are great
Cons
They don't pay anything I have 3 years experience and wouldn't give me $20 an hour, I worked for 3 weeks without pay and without knowing what I was making because the owner didn't want to pay me. I was supposed to get a raise 6 weeks ago and still haven't seen it and the owner hasn't responded to back paying me what he owes me. Also on the jobs half the time the material isn't there, isn't right, or isn't enough it's a total mess. They only pay overtime on prepaid credit cards or cash, so they aren't recording paying their employees which is illegal, the owner is to bent on making money he screws over all his employees. Do not work here there is no health insurance, bonuses, benefits, nothing it's a major dead end
