Pros
If you're looking for a steady paycheck, Paradigm offers competitive salaries and decent benefits. The onboarding process is polished, and you may initially feel welcomed. There was no drug testing. I had the priviledge of meeting a few inspiring women leaders in the organization who genuinely value collaboration and respect, unfortunately, they aren’t in positions of real decision-making power. They were the best part of my experience. Most of them have been with the company for over 20 years. If it wasn't for them, I would've scored negative 5 STARS.
Cons
Beneath the polished surface lies a toxic undercurrent of control, favoritism, and performative leadership. Management, especially in the Provider Relations division, operates under the illusion of team-building, but it’s really micromanagement in disguise. Unscheduled video calls, forced trips with no business merit, and tone-deaf responses to personal emergencies like funerals and medical needs reveal a chilling disregard for employee well-being. HR enables this culture by staying silent and complicit. You're not valued for your results, just your obedience. If you push back or advocate for yourself, prepare to be discarded. Paradigm doesn’t just need new policies, it is in desperate need of a paradigm shift.
