Pros
The people are fantastic, helpful, supportive, and excellent at what they do.
Cons
They do virtually no client maintenance while expecting high utilization. When conducting layoffs, I observed at least three separate instances in a two-year period where people were let go with no warning, no attempt at coaching for improvement, and notice with no severance.
