      Pros

      Great location in Manhattan. Fun area to be around if you ever felt comfortable leaving the offie.

      Cons

      Horrible management. In need of an HR consultant. Small businesses of course don't always have an HR team but this company is in dire need of one.

      Autonomy, small firm with no hierarchy, great mentorship, always busy, results from individual effort and lunches were great too!

      Recruiting is a tough business with highs and lows...
