They pretend to care about the employee.

They merged with my prior employer and lied from Day One beginning over 12 months ago. All current job responsibilities and systems were thrown out the window over 12 months. They make it up as they go along. They are preferential to a certain culture... They give lip service and no actual tools for success within their made up environment.
