Pros
I'm seeing how the management team listens and cares. Taking concerns we have up the chain to make changes. I know things were pretty hard in the past, but seeing some of the changes that have been implemented and appreciate everyone who pitches in to get the work done. There is also a lot of opportunity to learn new positions and gain skills I didn't have before I came to paperworks. We are compensated pretty well for the area. Especially those of us without a college degree.
Cons
We work a lot of hours sometimes. There is a burden with finding other who like to work to get the job done instead of just to collect a paycheck, doing the bare minimum and expecting a lot.
