Pros
1) The company is extremely receptive to honest employee feedback. When a survey went out asking workers if they would like to adopt a permanent hybrid model, the company implemented exactly the plan that was desired by the majority of employees. 2) Competitive pay/benefits. The compensated overtime for salaried employees is a huge plus. The company asks a lot of employees but still values the time of its members. 3) The quality of work is outstanding. Working at this company will give you exposure to experts in many fields such as hydrology, traffic engineering, environmental surveying, and others.
Cons
1) Fast paced environment. Probably not the best company if you are looking for consistent 40 hour weeks and not much else beyond.
