Pros
The people, the culture, and the work are all great. The people are kind and smart and interesting/interested. The culture is strong, especially the remote culture. The work is always changing and is so very interesting. It's a learning environment! My efforts to improve myself are backed with support across the company.
Cons
Culture and values are strong, but they don't seem super aligned with recent shifts in priority. Rehash the values and communicate our goals clearly.
