      1) It is a great concept (wish I had thought of it). 2) Flexibility - you can choose how much you work, when, where.. 3) Safety guards (after visit survey) in place for both the Pal and Papa client 4) Quick direct deposit payment

      Cons

      I wish Papa clients were more upfront when it comes to household cleaning. I joined to be a Papa Pals to be of help to people in general…. not to be maid. FYI - a health insurance company (Blue Cross, not sure about others) covers this. I am curious to know how much they pay the Papa company for each visit ? Taxes are not taken out, after a certain amount you will get a tax form

Papa’s mission is to create a new kind of care, built on human connection. ​The company pairs older adults and families with "Papa Pals" to provide companionship and assistance with everyday tasks, aiming for a world where "no one has to go it alone."

      Papa's mission to create a new kind of care built on human connection aiming for a world where "no one has to go It alone" has changed to members utilizing an application scheduling system rather than human connection of actually calling in and speaking with a remote CSR\ engagement specialist.
