      Wonderful people, dedicated management, meaningful cause, and the head of the company is an animal conservationist who is the leader in his field

      There are no cons that I can think of; one might say the upper management is slightly biased or insular, but this is true at many companies

      A cause you can feel passionate about and wonderful colleagues.

      Cons

      -Understaffed & under-resourced; you will do 5 jobs' worth of work and risk burn out if you don't have strict boundaries. -Senior leadership is out of touch with realities on the ground and unwilling to make changes at top levels.
