Pros
Good first impression. Coworkers. One week paid philanthropic time. Company pays for employee health benefits.
Cons
All sounds great until you work there. Promises will be made during the hiring process...but no follow through (hence bait and switch). Executive husband and wife leadership is cruel. Owners decision making process is inefficient. They talk in circles. No clarity on projects. Meetings pointless: employees leave not knowing what is needed/wanted. Hypocritical virtues and values. Religious company. False sense of "family" dynamic. Long hours, no raises given. Extremely understaffed.
