Pros
HR and recruiting departments are excellent and the glue that keeps this company out of court (mostly).
Cons
Unparalleled sense of self-importance modeled from the CEO down and emulated by the majority (but not all) of the executive team. Politics-first "bully" approach, both internally and externally, contributing to negative client interactions, damaged employee mental health, and lack of employee-centric compassion. Unceremonious, sudden termination of hundreds (with no severance package), as a result of being unable to reasonably predict (or accept) the possibility of any contract scrutiny under the current administration. This company got everything they deserved, but the affected employees did not. It's unfortunate many people had to (and continue to) suffer as a result. There are a few leadership team members who demonstrate a strong work ethic, but have gotten caught up in a toxic emulation of how not to run a business. Recommended if you enjoy a mentally abusive work relationship.
