It can be very busy and stressful at times. You need to learn to leave work at work and just go home at the end of the day. Like all customer service jobs, sometimes clients are cranky.

A company that actually follows and lives up to their values. Great group of coworkers. Plenty of learning opportunities. Leadership cares about work/life balance. Leadership encourages growth.

If I have to enter a Con, I will say that it sometimes feels like the busy periods just do not stop so that we can take a bit of a breather. But, that can also be a pro, because it means our services are needed, which is job security.
