Management clueless and constantly making erratic decisions. Zero accountability for many of the firms shortcomings. Certain teams/individuals are allowed to continually perform unprofessionally and jeopardize workflow but are protected due to strange toxic politics. Turnover is shocking and speaks for itself (Google Pantera departures).
