      Transparent No hidden clauses or back biting Respectful Professional They sent out chocolates during new year, it was a generous gesture Good health insurance

      Not a con really but no bonuses were offered. However, this was transparently discussed during hiring

      Pros

      Always treated me like family. Very upfront and transparent about pay divisions. Open to pay negotiations. Very proactive around immigration matters.

      Cons

      Takes them longer to find higher experience job opportunities. Pay rate might be lower because they don't have many direct client relationships.
