Pretty much full time, competitive hourly pay, labor foremans are easy to work with. Projects usually last a few months. Professional work atmosphere on job sites. Co-workers are easy going.

Office admin seemed to be unorganized which trickles down. Changing schedules or locations for job sites common. Had to sometimes use personal vehicle for tool transport without reimbursement. Same industry standard expect abrupt layoff near or soon after project completion.
