-flexibility in many opportunities to work autonomously and sometimes remotely. -creativity and new ideas are encouraged. -friendly working environment, good benefit and nice people to work with. Culture, management, work ethic.

Cons

Too big.sometimes slow in decision making Little support from co-workers since everyone is so busy themselves. Internal trainings are good.

Actually they are very good employer by providing good atmosphere, even management responds immediately if any employee raised any issue among employees I am a current developer in java, when i joined here i have no knowledge on developing an application. but now i have learnt and doing projects easily because of very gud trainers they providing with pleasure relationship between the employee and the employer
