If you work hard and want to succeed Pandora will support you and offer you so many opportunities you wouldn't dream of in another company. They have a great benefits package including good pay compared to normal high street retailers. They have strong company values and listen to employees.
Cons
Very fast paced and relentless, as they are always trying to improve and stay on top of the game. It can be tiring sometimes. They strive for the best so if that's not in your personality it can be difficult to succeed.
