The pay is better than other similar jobs and co-workers are normally knowledgeable and diligent about their work.
Cons
Management will never understand the day-to-day processes, yet continue to make unreasonable (and unexplained) changes without the input of those who actually perform the work. Instead of solving actual problems, they just put “band-aids” over it.
