- no work life balance, you are expected to sacrifice week ends and hours with family - culture encourages “ looking good for when the boss shows up at your store “ - low inclusion : lots of benefits are only accessible to educated management. Even if they are available for all workers. For example cooks don’t have a portal that’s user friendly to open their 401 K OR apply for health benefits.
