Pros
Because you get to meet new people. a new environment to work in. also you get to learn many more things as you go on in the working process.
Cons
Having to put a smile on your face after a rude customer if that ever happens. Also if you get into like an argument with one of the employees your less likely to like the job any more and conflicts are just stupid rather keep it to yourself than explode.
