Pros
Free food, patient with training, will tell you what you're doing wrong and how to improve, decent pay, good hours, your uniform is given to you for free besides the shoes, belt, pants, and socks, customers are understanding and friendly for the most part, breaks, you stay busy all of the time so your shift goes by fast, friendly manager, great pay
Cons
Favoritism, the favorited coworkers usually stand around and do nothing besides talk to the manager, some coworkers will belittle you while you're training but they are just trying to make sure you're doing everything right, lots of cleaning, long hours so expect to work twelve hour days with two thirty minute breaks, lots of competition between coworkers, coworkers not communicating and telling you to do multiple things at once (ex- work front of the house and clean the parking lot), experienced a coworker grab my arm and hit me on the side with the back of her hand twice.
