Pros
The job itself is what you would expect from fast food employment, easy and straight forward, not much of a learning curve if you show a little effort. The pay is decent and if you prove you're deserving of a raise, management will usually try to work out something with you. everything is much cleaner than you would think, even at the locations with large sales volumes where there is a constant line of customers. Hours are also extremely flexible
Cons
Drive thru at stand alone franchise locations can get hectic and frustrating at times, and is often understaffed. My biggest complaint has always been the hiring process not weeding out very incompetent workers, leaving two or three people to do the majority of the work most shifts (this has been constant in my 10 months of working here). along a similar note, certain times of the year you may be scheduled/needed more such as when high school starts at the end of august or January. Accountability is very low, leaving openers to do a lot of closing work from the night before, things not getting done quickly, etc.
