If you didn’t realize quality people can be really competitive in the market.. however, the way I was treated must have been the worst job experience in my life.. they literally throw you to a store with zero support. Especially at a very very terrible area where the store is going under. You either have to run it all by yourself regardless of the environment, the people, regardless of how many hours you have to put in... this was the worst experience ever.. when people sacrifice their time, their family, their life to be here shouldn’t that be enough??? I was losing my memory, developed anxiety, had no clarity, I was very very miserable..... and plus no support.. that’s the kind of company that cares about their peeople.... like I said this was your test, but it’s a bad one. What kind of job does that to you??? I just wanna know? You put me through all that expecting me to be a better person. I really don’t get it. I see so many managers constantly asking for support. What is this test supposed to prove!?? I’m really disappointed. I knew I was set up to fail. Thanks literally almost ended up the hospital and at the end of the day they just blame the person.. right should have taken this to hr
