Pros

Used to be a very pro-employee organization, with competitive higher than average salaries, lots of wellfare initiatives, employee care programs, health and wellness themes, bonuses and extra compensation, work-life balance and much more.

Cons

Business focus lost, products and targets changing too often. No long term clear business plan. Management almost completely switches every couple of years. Not much transparency between senior management and the general staff. Each time a new CEO steps-in a whole reorganization is forced, including lay-off, new recruitment and so forth. Hence, not much stability in terms of employment and no shared knowledge transferred within the organization.

-Panaya has been the most open-door, friendly company I have ever worked for. -A true feeling of family when you work here. -All levels of management are available for support at any time. -Product development is quick and listens to the customers. -Comp plan is fantastic

Cons

-Your typical bumps of a young, small company. -Shifts in go to market plan make it challenging from a sales perspective. -Lots of changes, good and bad
