      Pros

      Flexible remote/hybrid work, friendly boss and teammates. I found the project I worked on interesting and I was given the tools I needed to succeed. I felt supported and valued for the work I did, so my internship was an incredibly positive experience.

      Cons

      It's a smaller start up, so there's not a rigid structure. You need to be able to work autonomously with limited guidance.
