Cons
Upper management has no idea what actually happens on the floor but they continue make changes adversely affecting the staff on the floor. No support on nights from HR. When anything is reported you become a target and the company will force you out. FAVORITISM EVERYWHERE- ITS HOW YOU GET PROMOTED. You need to know someone for the most part. Constant turn around of GM's, always a new one that comes in and changes things without caring how it effects the teams. Talk about HPC but don't practice it. Only happy place to work @PENA IS IN THE OFFICES. The actual production/maintenance team is of no importance. Once on the production floor you either matter or you don't. THIS COMPANY JUST HIRES BODIES TO HIT RESET RUN. Constantly short-handed- no one to work. This leads to overworking current employees. That also doesn't matter. Supervisors will yell and degrade shift leads to the point of tears.
