Excellent Manufacturer but way too many politics - Anonymous employee Panasonic Employee Review

The division of Panasonic I work in (PSCNA) has way too many people in upper management and they are all part of a little club that protect themselves at the expense of everyone else and the overall business. They put forth strategies and initiatives that fail and instead of changing course they continue to stick to their plan as things get worse and worse. Think Titanic.
