Pros
Pretty good benefits. If you show up and do your job you'll get a bump in pay after a year. It's a good stepping stone company for aviation employees. You'll gain airline knowledge without working for an airline.
Cons
Weak upper management with little to no knowledge of how the aviation industry works. Redundant paperwork with complex work instructions for simple tasks. Other FAA Part 145 Repair Stations have simpler guidelines and they work safety of flight items. (Engines/Landing Gear/ Flight Controls ect...) Panasonic just works IFE and WIFI and has managed to create a procedure manual over 300 pages long. (K.I.S.S) IT has security measures in place that cause operational road blocks. Engineering has made mistakes that should've been caught long before a project makes it to the line stations.
