      Flexible schedule and nice front desk staff

      Cons

      Management don’t care about employees. They can cut your hours and they are hiring new people, that makes no sense. Inside old employees have privilege that a new employee will never get to... Even if you work hard be prepared to get down and not appreciated.

      team nursing is huge here, most of the time if you need help there is someone very close to you. pt to nurse ratio is 5-6 which is very easy to handle

      management is pretty frustration, they always try to change the things that work the best
