Honest Feedback - Client Representative PalmState Consulting Employee Review

I've been with PalmState for about 9 months, and I've seen some good bonuses go out, but I didn't realize how serious Patrick was about paying it forward to their best performers. He took me to Cancun with our organization as a "Thank you" for what I have been doing for the company. It's just really special to be appreciated by your employer.

Incentives go to the top to push the team and I think some people aren't ok with that.

Unfortunately I couldn't stick as long as I wanted, but just wanted to take the time to publicly thank Andrew and the team for getting me to where I am today. I wish I could have stayed in the area longer to pursue this opportunity, but family matters said differently. I can honestly say I am taking away leadership skills, professional development and a sense of urgency no other job has given me in the past. I hope to pass along the word that this is a great opportunity for individuals who want to be challenged and pursue something greater than a stagnant job with a disengaged boss. I was treated independently very quickly. I was trained and then trained some more, but then they wanted to see how I challenged myself. Now that I look back it certainly made me stronger, I guess my last job micro managed me more than I thought. I grew from this daily and appreciate them treating me as an individual.
