      Great product and great staff at store levels.

      Cons

      You work at the whim of a mad-man. Being a privately held group, the owner can do what he wants. He still believes this is the 50s and he makes personnel decisions that align with that theory. Hires strictly based on appearance and terminates on appearance, not performance as well. Hence, zero job security. His executive team is powerless if they want to keep their jobs and make promises they are not able to keep.

      Easy menu Flexible Scheduling Tourist location

      Cons

      Questionable cover dispursment. One server may have 30 covers, while another only has ten. Management thrives off of intimidation… This company will advertise that they offer benefits, but neglect to inform you that only a fraction of full time employees receive these packages. Roughly 80 percent of the front house staff is intentionally kept at part time so that the company does not have to pay for their insurance.
