Great place to work - Mental Health Technician Palm Point Behavioral Health Employee Review

Unfortunately, I had to relocate so had to leave my job behind. From the wonderful CEO, staff and position, Palm Point was a dream to work for. I hope everyone could be as lucky as to find an amazing place where colleagues feel like family, and work doesn’t seem like work.

I had zero negative interactions or cons while I was working at Palm Point.

90% of the people that work there genuinely care about the patients and the mission

Those other 10% are so toxic that I was physically ill. I gave 4 years to this hospital because I believed I could be part of the solution. While I don't regret the experience, I wouldn't go back with the way things are now. I wouldn't send my enemy to work there. Aside from myself, I am personally aware of at least 3 other employees who have had major medical issues (or exacerbation of issues) as a result of the stress of working there.
