      Pros

      Despite the cultural flaws, hard working and well intentioned people can be found at Palmadium.

      Cons

      Considerable culture concerns not being addressed by management. If psychological safety, courageous management, thoughtful on-boarding and an honest commitment to well-being are important to you I would consider alternatives.

      Very structured intern program, with a lot of support from mentors and the program itself.

      Not always a ton of stuff to do.

      The company does have a mission, to help people around the world. Most people are very value driven.

      Cons

      The company does not have any sort of processes, it is like a start-up with 2000 people.
