Pros
-There are many developing programs that you can be working on. Including diverse portfolio and expand on your skills. I recommend being or becoming detail orientated and very organized to handle the workload. -The project operation team tries to have fun events with staff. -The company seems to value to keeping staff so if you want to go to another team, you are able to. -The peers and global office staff were great people.
Cons
-Awful on boarding process. The on-boarding process for entry level staff is a power point presentation with the overall big picture instead of how to practical complete the task. -Many senior level management were interesting in personality. there was one senior level staff who gets upset if you ask stupid questions. Another senior level staff rides between the line of being serious and saying funny/inappropriate things to staff. -A lot of the operations and technical team work together but there is a lot of room for misunderstanding. A lot of the technical lead is very rude and unforgiving towards the operational staff. -No joke 1/3 of staff were rude. -There is lack of diversity, especially among senior staff.
