      It’s a close commute and they pay $10k a year towards college from day 1 as long as you stay 2 years after graduation

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
