      Lots of energy. Plenty of emphasis on innovation and new product development. Active programmes are in place to make themselves a better employer

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
