Poor management on all levels. This company recently took control of the company I work for and they preach safety as a priority however all they are worried about is covid-19 safety. An individual was almost run over TWICE on different occasions by a supervisor because they weren't doing a visual check before moving the vehicle or using wheel chocks. Every day they write people up for not wearing covid-19 ppe properly while over looking the obvious traditional safety risks.. Then there's the pay, temporary employees are hired at higher rates than what those of us that have been here for years make.
