Great admin team, nice events, outstanding location, great but overworked IT and finance teams

STAY AWAY!!!! NO HR department in place!!! Insane amount of admin work that is totally unnecessary... try to implement change to make things more efficient and it will be used against you as a weakness.... There is 0 socialising going on between the different levels which makes people feel worthless and NO ONE should EVER feel this way. PLEASE wake up and CHANGE!
