Pros
Great colleagues who will uplift you in stressful times. There are opportunities to join conferences if you speak up.
Cons
HR Policies are not very clear and are not implemented due to the company owner and other shareholders’ involvement and taking over management. Work hours are very long partly because project managers are not very skilled and over promise to client. Staff cannot gain a reputation for themselves externally as the projects are always credited to the Principal.
