Pros
Overall easy job and flexible schedule if you aren’t a manager. Good benefits. Fun people. Easy advancement if you express any sort of interest and they like you.
Cons
Nepotism. Favoritism. They will discriminate based on age in hiring process; they only want to hire 18+ so they can legally work you up to 40 hours a week (but don't) but will ultimately screen applications for 21+, and if they deem you "too old" for a specific position, they will mock you amongst their inner circle. Double standards on how they treat employees and differing store management styles are inconsistent. Labor cuts made job more stressful than needed to be for everybody to keep profits up they wanted skeleton crew as much as possible. If you don't get enough hours that you were hired for at your "home store," you have to pick up shifts at other locations to supplement but get in trouble for getting OT. Hard workers get punished.
